CGT Lettings (formally Cheltenham Residential Lettings) started life in October 1987 and moved to 119 Promenade in 1996 which is now the business flagship office.

The Company was formed by David Baldwin who is a director along with Paula Baldwin, David Baker and Sheila Heath.

There is a very committed team, headed by Justin Lawrence, managing over 550 rental properties.

The centralised Accounts Department, headed by Sheila Heath, the Finance Director, is also based on the top floor of the Cheltenham office.
