How do I know? Well I've rented from them for 10 years. Problems are resolved promptly. They always give feedback and checks are undertaken on time. As with most people, the purchase of a house is the biggest purchase we have ever made. Having invested our money in a property, we found ourselves in a position to put the property into the rental market.

The moral of this short story is I appear to have an excellent landlord and I appear to be renting through an excellent letting company that not only cares about the tenant who was going through and still going through a very emotional time, but a letting company that are also very image conscious whilst employing excellent well trained and mannered staff who go that extra mile to make you feel welcome and wanted. This was something not experienced with ANY other letting company.
...today it is so rare to find a company and staff who push the boundaries that little bit more if it is going to make the customer feel wanted, CGT has achieved this and beyond.
