Here at CGT we have a variety of job roles from front facing lettings and sales roles to more operational roles such as property maintenance and accounts. If you are serious about your career in lettings, and want to work for an employer that will support and encourage your career goals then CGT is the place to work for you.
At CGT we provide staff with the opportunity to do regular in-house and external training, along with assist with apprenticeships and various coaching schemes. We also run regular Development plans aimed at upskilling staff from their current roles to take their next step.
Our Area Manager Nadine is a fantastic example of this, she started with the company in 2014 as an inspections clerk. Through development plans and training, she moved to Lettings Negotiator, Senior Lettings Negotiator, Branch Manager and now Area Manager.
We are huge advocates in our staff becoming qualified in the roles they do and we encourage all staff to study their Level 3 Technical Award in Lettings or Sales. We provide training material, in-house revision sessions and support you through the qualification until you have passed all units. Once qualified we also pay for your ARLA Propertymark membership, the largest letting agent membership body with over 10,000 members across the UK. Our Managing Director Angharad is also the Vice President of this organisation.
