Becky McDermott MARLA

Becky joined the CGT family in 2019 starting as a Negotiator in the Cheltenham branch. She then moved to our Tewkesbury branch in 2021 and has quickly progressed to Senior Negotiator, and then to Branch Manager. Becky prides herself on her customer service, compassion and knowledge, which has helped build strong bonds with the Tewkesbury landlords and tenants. What Becky loves most about her job is the feeling of knowing you’ve made a difference to somebody’s life, no matter how small. Whether it’s helping a tenant find their perfect home, talking a landlord through the process of renting out their home, or taking the time to listen to somebody’s circumstances and support them in the right way, it’s the best feeling.
