Bethan Murphy MARLA

Bethan has been working at CGT for nearly 3 years and was a Property Inspector for the first two years but was interested in learning about all aspects of lettings and property management so conducted some Saturday viewings in the Cheltenham office for a short while to gain more experience. Bethan has conducted a variety of roles within her time at CGT, in September 2020, she changed roles to become a Property Coordinator for our Cheltenham and Stroud portfolio and then in April 2022 she changed roles to become Stroud’s Lettings Negotiator. Bethan is currently studying for her Level 3 ARLA Technical award. She spends all her spare time being a mummy to her 4-year-old daughter, they love going to the zoo together and exploring different places.
