Client Accounts Administrator

Full time (9:00-5:30, Monday – Friday)

Based in our head office in Cheltenham

The Role

The successful candidate will work with the client accounts team, who are responsible for both the landlord and tenants accounts associated with a managed portfolio of over 1600 properties.

This role will be responsible for undertaking administration duties for Landlords, Tenants and Contractors. The role includes receipting rents, processing maintenance deductions, processing deal sheets, end of tenancies, deposit returns, contractor payments and statements.

The successful candidate will also undertake general office administration to support the smooth operation of the finance function, including filing, dealing with incoming/outgoing post and answering incoming telephone calls.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an accounts administrator who has great attention to detail, can communicate effectively, and has good IT skills. The successful candidate will be client satisfaction orientated with previous customer service experience. Previous accounts experience is also required. Accounting qualifications would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

Lettings Negotiator, Gloucester

The Role:

The negotiator is responsible forcarrying out all viewings and applications. The purpose of the role is to assist in building the branch through providing professional and top-quality services and to protect the CGT brand

Full time, Monday – Friday 9:00-5:30 with occasional Saturday mornings for viewings.

Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission.

Sales Negotiator, based out of our Cheltenham office but requiring travel around the county

The role:

We are looking for a sales negotiator who is passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property for them. The purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, assist with negotiations on agreeing sales and help out with guiding sales to completion.

This is a permanent, full-time position (Monday – Friday, 9:00-5:30, with occasional Saturday mornings for viewings).

 

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will come from an Estate Agency background and will have knowledge of viewings and sales negotiations. They will have an understanding of the Gloucestershire property market and good understanding of marketing techniques. You will need a full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

The successful candidate must be able to generate new business in a target driven environment and close sales whilst also caring for the customer by always providing outstanding customer service.
