With the opening of the strategically placed office at 27/29 London Road, CGT quickly established itself as the area’s leading specialist letting and management agency after its second branch of Gloucester was opened in 2000 and it has gone from strength to strength over the last two decades. It now looks after over 400 properties in the area, the branch is now managed by Natasha Wood with negotiators Sophie Bridges and Saffron Clarke and administrators Emelia Gregory and Frances Wallace. Our Gloucester Maintenance 'Hub' is also situated here, managed by Maintenance Manager Jane Howes, whilst Sarah Green oversees the day-to-day management of the Gloucester properties.
