Looking Back, Moving Forward – 14 Years of Progress at CGT Lettings

Over 14 years ago, we filmed this video to introduce a bold and forward-thinking concept: our innovative rent protection policy. At the time, it was one of the most advanced offerings in the market—a standout product designed to protect landlords while supporting tenants.

Since then, the industry has changed significantly—but the core values that shaped CGT have remained constant: trust, professionalism, and a deep commitment to going the extra mile for our clients.

Over the last decade and a half, we’ve grown, evolved, and adapted—always learning from the past, responding to the present, and preparing for the future. The CGT of today is a thriving, full-service agency with over 50 team members, managing more than 1,600 properties, and offering a full spectrum of services including lettings, sales, short stays, and investment support.

What hasn’t changed is our belief that every property is a home, and whether you’re a landlord, a tenant, a buyer or a seller—your experience matters.

We continue to honour the lessons and successes of the past, but we also embrace the gift of the present—to serve with care, to deliver with consistency, and to be a home for those seeking trusted advice, professional service, and long-term partnership.

CGT Lettings: Rooted in values. Built for today. Ready for tomorrow.
