Quedgeley & Kingsway

Quedgeley was once a small village and until the dual carriageway was built in 1979 to link Gloucester with the M5, Bristol road was part of the A38, nicknamed “the longest lane in England”. Large areas of the land was owned by the RAF which is now the ever growing Kingsway estate. The Quedgeley & Kingsway branch is now managed by Kerry Mead with approximately 300 properties under full management. This branch covers Quedgeley, Kingsway, Tuffley, Hardwicke and areas west of the M5 as far as Frampton on Severn. With thousands of rentable properties, this area has fast become popular with landlords as a solid place for their investment with tenants staying long term in the area. With the expansion on going, the number of to let properties will only increase.
