We've been using CGT to let our property for about 10 years now and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to let their place in the Cheltenham area.

It's such a relief knowing that we don't have to drop everything because a tenant's phoned to say the heating isn't working.

Another bonus is that CGT always ensure that our place is up to date with the latest Government legislation and that we're not going to be doorstepped as a bad landlords because of yet another piece of legislation I'd been unaware of.

Kudos to Sam who works as a very effective buffer between us and the tenants.
