Michelle was really helpful, friendly and professional throughout the Lettings process. She managed to arrange a last minute viewing on a Saturday, as the tenant in the property we’d intended to view was denying access. She was really understanding that we’d travelled a fair distance, and didn’t want us to leave disappointed. Michelle kept us informed at every stage on the Lettings agreement, and made the whole process as smooth as possible, a huge relief :-) Would definitely contact Michelle again if we were moving within the area!
