Our Tewkesbury Office

As Cheltenham & Gloucester Residential Lettings grew, it became a natural choice to extend the business to another area. Tewkesbury was chosen and the new office opened in 2002. (It was formally known as Tewkesbury Residential Lettings). It has since gone from strength to strength and is now managed by Becky Dutton, her negotiator Dan Alsop and administrator Debbie Wilkinson. We can now safely say we are the market leaders in this town with a strong rental portfolio and a great deal of knowledge of the local market and legislation. The rental portfolio for the branch has grown to over 300 units and with new housing developments taking place around the area, this number is set to grow.

For any queries on any of your lettings needs for the Tewkesbury area, please get in touch with Becky and her team.
